Just called to try and make an appointment and become a new patient, and the man that answered the phone was very rude, and had poor customer service. I am not giving my service and hope you guys wouldnt either.

Accepting new patients! Call to verify! Clean office! Great & understanding staff! It's okay for me to have any health issues in the future because I know I will be in great hands!

Its a GREAT PLACE if youre needing a quick referral OR if you work normal daytime hours and have kids in school or sports! Their hours are unlike any other Drs office Ive EVER met-they open at like 4AM or something crazy like that and close around 9 I believe?? This is awesome cause 1- dont have to miss practice/school/work ect for dr appointments 2-you get in EARLIER and thus get scripts ect sooner ect. Theyre very fast paced which is NOT for everyone. Id recommend having your questions written down or ready beforehand Just nice to have a dr office that is open during different hours cause sometimes its so inconvenient having to drop everything to go to appointments!! ......Their customer service has truthfully improved so much over the years! I've read some negative reviews regarding them, but they give respect where does given! I have never had an issue who's bad customer service except for when I was having a bad day smoke with the same total voice LOL! Who can blame someone for that though right!?
