        Took my car in because it smelled like something was burning. They found the issue, called me to let me know, and sent me a video explanation of everything in the undercarriage that was causing the problem all within four hours. While they had to order the part (a head gasket, understandable), they provided me with a brand new rental (also a Mazda) and an Uber to and from the service department. Everyone was so kind and helpful and things moved very quickly. I will definitely bring my Mazda back in the future if needed!

        After a huge & complicated fumble, Luke (a manager) & Orlando (my salesman) stayed late on a Friday night to make a deal that worked for everyone. It honestly felt like a miracle -- they went above and beyond. 10/10 customer service by those two, they really saved the day!!!
