        Rob helped me picked the perfect mattress. The buying experience was relaxing and so easy. Then, Garrett and Andre delivered my new mattress and bed frame. They were so respectful of the house and my belongings. The set things up and explained everything to me. I couldnt be happier!

        Long delivery times, 4 to 5 weeks. No communication, always feels like I get the run around. Store associates are nice but service after is deplorable.

        Had an issue with my shoulders after sleeping, very pleased with my cloud pillow. Have not woken up in pain anymore. Service was friendly and pleasant.

      Scott I assure it is normally nothing like this, we normally get it out the same week if possible. I can not apologize enough but our vendor you purchased from system was hacked and took them a month to get back up.Please let Snooze what we can do to make it right as I assure this is not normal business for us but willing to help anyway we can. The communication should have been better!
