        Staff is great, MT (Kelsi) was great, place is clean. Was pretty disappointed to be blindsided by an $80.00 enrollment fee that wasn't listed anywhere on the literature or website, but proceeded to become a member anyways.

        I booked a 1 hour massage which was very much below standard of what I expected. It felt like I was just being covered in oil and moisturizer. I left feeling the same way I came, with all my knots and aches. Ive used the service before in a different state and it was good. Also I filled out exactly what I wanted on the form yet still I was being asked again by the therapist. If thats the case then quit filling out the form and let customers come in early and do it there with the therapist. I must say that the room appears to be clean.

        Ive been getting massages for over 10 years, and this place is awesome. I am so happy I found Lorine and her team. Ive had massages from a few of her team members and its been incredible every time. 10/10 i recommend this place to everyone.

        Ryan's massage technique was perfect! I was having issues under my right scapula and he knew exactly how to reach the muscles to ease the pain. He also offered super advice about what to do on a massage day... take it easy and stretch afterward.

As I mentioned on the phone, we do inform every guest, prior to their service, that it is important they communicate their needs to the provider and communicate with them during the service if anything needs to be changed. It's equally important to communicate needs for deeper pressure, as that isn't something every therapist is capable of. I would have appreciated the opportunity to make this right for you and match you with a provider that is capable of providing the deeper pressure you require, but as you declined that offer, I don't know there is much I can do at this point. I hope you do decide to take me up on the offer and if you do, please contact our spa to book your complimentary service.
