Austin called me back and we set an appointment for 9 AM to fix my sprinkler. The day of the appointment I texted him asking if were still on for that day, for him to tell me he has another job and will come by to look at the problem. He can by that evening, looked at and told me he would be back next week to fix it. I asked him i he could come by on the weekend because we were leaving town in a few days and we need the sprinkler to work so our grass wouldnt die. He agreed, but by Sunday I had to text him again to ask if this is happening, for him to inform me that he again has something else going on , and he is not sure if he would make it. At this point I canceled the job and moved on to another company. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Austin was the first person to call me back and be available for our job. He was quick to respond, prompt with his service, and very courteous. He fixed our sprinkler system very quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again if we need more help. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
