Spring Clean Laundry

(UPDATE BELOW.) We try to provide good service, but something definitely went wrong here. If there was a specific employee or problem that was not handled well, please send details to the owner and he will address it (you can email him at [email protected]). As for the early bird specials, we've had that listed on the website for years... but no sign up in the laundry. I think we can agree that's a pretty big (and really silly) mistake. We really goofed there, and the owner is a bit embarrassed about that. Our apologies for that not being clear! FYI, the owner got off his rear and posted a sign explaining the early bird specials next to the coin changer. We hope you'll come back and give us another chance.UPDATE: Well... About that website. When it got updated three years ago, looks like the early bird special info got removed and I never caught that mistake. So what we thought was there... Wasn't. I'll look into getting that fixed ASAP (after I spend a few minutes banging my head against a wall for being a complete idiot on this). On the customer service side, I'm concerned that you mention that it's lacking. Please feel free to email me ([email protected]) so I can understand and address the issues you're seeing.
