My neighbors got their lawn done and it looks AMAZING! Grass is so difficult to grow in this dry state so sod is the way to start. Incline also did her cement, rocks, and plants. My neighbors yard looks like out of a homeowners magazine now! I was a little jealous and asked her who did the work. Also to get the name for my parents who want sod. And to ask for a pallet myself, lol. Thank you so much to Incline for making my neighbors front yard look like out of a catalog! The Owner Himself called me thanking me for leaving a message about how great their work was! I'm blown away and it isn't even my yard! Yet.

Up front: I didn't shop around, so I can't compare their value to other companies. I paid about $9300. Project: Bought the house with a dead front yard - dirt, patchy, tree stump, broken solar lights. I needed to bring it up to HOA standards and chose to Xeriscape to keep water usage low. This included removal of 3 inches of existing yard, a weed barrier, adding the colored rocks, a tree, 7 shrubs, a bunch of new solar lights, and a renewal of the existing bark against the house. Time: From job start to job finish (not counting plants), it was about 3 days. Adding plants in the Spring was a few more hours. Overall, I'd estimate it took 17 hours times however many people were working on it. Pros: - They provided a consultation to create a design that would fit my needs, though my needs were "make it look nice". They drew up the design (to include colors, volume of material required, estimated cost, and types of drought-resistant plants. With all that, they coordinated with the HOA to get approval to make the change. - I like their payment methodology. After the consultation, I paid 50% down to get on their schedule, 40% upon job completion, and the last 10% when they put in the plants this Spring. I could have paid it all up front, but it's nice to spread it out. - They replaced plants along the front of the house that they mistakenly removed when refreshing the bark, free of charge. - Very responsive. I wasn't sure who I was supposed to message about it since I had 2 or 3 phone numbers (between the consult, the project manager, etc). But whoever I messaged, they were fast to respond and super helpful. - They pulled out some pansies that were still alive but assumed they were dead. When I asked them about it, they owned the mistake and planted new ones free of charge. - They also failed to put down a weed barrier under our new bark, and they came back and rectified it within a couple of days. Cons: - Lots of communication issues. The first was the bark refresh. After they completed the job, I sent a picture and asked about it. A couple days later someone came out and gave us a new layer of bark. Second was about some shrubs in the initial design that are not in the final product. I'm talking to them about that now. I listed a couple others in the pros above, because even though it was really annoying, they made it right in the end. I'll add photos later if I remember. Service: Lawn landscaping
