We used Jim's to design and landscape our new backyard and we were not let down onw bit. Jim took the time to make my dream backyard come true. He listened and made substations were they were needed. We contacted Jim's Landscape Services for an estimate. We were asked to provide details of what we wanted and we submitted the info quite promptly. They never bothered to get back to us, which was an indication of their level of professionalism. We ended up going with another landscaper and are pleased with the work.  We walk through our community and see signs for Jim's Landscape Services and are now thankful they did not get back to us as their designs all look the same; mostly just a pile of rocks!

They are nice but the quality is not the same. I spent $21,000 cash with them for landscaping from scratch and a sprinkler system that would burst within the first year. Then to fix anything its more of a charge. If you are looking for a business that will fix their mistakes for free then this is not the place. I personally went with my home builders preferred landscaper which was a mistake since my builders (keller homes) are poor quality too. Birds of the same feather, flock together. However they were nice for sure but I wouldnt say that justifies paying that much then having to pay more on top for any repairs needed for any mistakes.
