Helzberg Diamonds

Im sure that Helzberg as a company is decent. This location, however, was a nightmare for me. The month I got engaged, I went to get my set resized. I was told to wait til closer to my wedding date and that hopefully I lose weight so I dont need resizing. Im not a large woman, and even if I were, that was so inappropriate I almost didnt go back. My fianc was quite excited about the warranty he purchased, so I went back to get my ring resized recently. As I walked in, I heard employees talking about the internet being down and systems not working properly. Imagine my SHOCK when I was told I would have to pay for the resizing. After calmly explaining that my fianc bought the warranty and where, I was told I didnt need to have an attitude and was passed off to someone else. Neither of the people who helped me told me the adjusted size for my ring, and apparently they didnt write any notes for the jeweler either. So when he called, I had to tell him what my ring was there for. Im now stuck with a ring thats about half a size too small because somehow, no one wrote the necessary size. Very disappointed in this experience. Ill literally drive to Park Meadows if I *must* go to a Helzberg
