Bill is an honest buisness owner. Completes the job effectively and better than any other company around. Has a wide array of knowledge and tools to complete the job the right way, the first time.

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. Not only did he give me a VERY reasonable price, but he got grease stains out of our office carpet that Stanley Steamer said they would not be able to get out. He also fixed a floor that was beyond help and make it look not only presentable again but almost like new. If you are looking to truly clean your carpets and get them CLEAN. Call this guy, don't rely on some national chain that will "do their best" and then charge you more than Bill does and it still ins't clean. Bill is a miracle worker with stains. So if you are to the point where you are looking at replacing flooring due to how it looks, call this man first. He will be honest with you and upfront if he thinks he can or can't get it clean. I have used him twice now and each time he is professional and does an excellent job. I will be contacting him again for another job as well I have coming up.

Bill came to our home on time, spent twice as long as estimated but did not raise his price. I truly believe that he is the best carpet cleaner in town.
