        I just upgraded 2 days ago my cell to a 24+. The volume is very low turned all the way up. And the speaker bounces from the top of phone to bottom. I went into the store off barnes this morning, the guy put in an esim. He didn't think think that would work. I asked to replace the phone and was told I had to do it thru Samsung. I just hung up with Samsung and the gal told me I had 7 days to get it replaced in the store. So now I have to go back and fight with them to replace this.
