I've been working with Intero Digital PR team for going on 3 years now and am consistently pleased with their work. Their work has resulted in my clients being published in premium publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Thrive Global and several more. Their production processs is very organized, predictable and they deliver on-schedule. Trending topics are well-researched and creative. I would definitely recommend Intero's PR division and have enjoyed working with my long time account manager, Bri. I really like the online collaboration platform where I can make edits and collaborate with the editors in real time, it makes the publishing process easy and efficient.

Weve been working with Intero for about 9 months on an SEO/SEM/SMA overhaul and have found them very easy to work with. Their monthly reports are detailed and comprehensive and the team is so approachable and mindful of our time. Recently, we have been throwing them some curveballs with our internal goals and they have been very responsive and adaptive.

I am currently an Intero Client. I am AttaBoy Electric, I am an electrical service business in metro Denver. I came to Intero around 1 year ago as a 10+ yr in business, 5 star google business, nothing negative anywhere about me etc. I was also top of the maps in my service area. Now flash forward 1 year. Every small business owners nightmare. Intero has stopped, I mean STOPPED. I have not had a new call come into my work phone in 3 weeks. I have almost zero calls come in over the previous 3 months. I am NOWHERE ON MAPS 1ST TO GONE. Intero says no your phone has rang 5x this week, as that is something to celebrate, then after reviewing we all decide it was 5 spam calls that were telemarketers. When we have these confrence calls, that intero is famous for, the people that are on these calls don't even know that Denver has Google local home services or GLS? This is the top of page 1, on Google for every home service provider plumber, electrician, hvac, carpenter, roofer, handyman, you name it all of them. It has been this way for years! This just seems a bit odd to me that a business of this size going through all of these motions has no idea what GLS is or that we even have it in Denver. I have said over and over if it is a money issue tell me I will spend more I would rather have 30% of something then 100% of nothing. Considering they have offices in Colorado Springs and Denver Metro, I have asked to speak with the CEO of the business not less then 3x in writing via email and or text. I continue to get forwarded to all of the different levels of this company, however zero results. When I say no calls. I'm not even getting spam. I have been with this company for a year, with mediocre results for the past year. However I was hoping things were "ramping up" as I have been assured countless times. Again as with every small business owners nightmare, you hire a company like Intero to know what is coming from Google, or to know how to fix it if it goes wrong. This has 100% not been my experience with Intero, everything is like day 1, over and over. It's like me 20+ years as an electrician saying, "what's a code book?" Now after months of almost 0 calls literally 3 weeks with not a call at all other then a handful of previous clients from years ago. I sit idle waiting after messaging with countless numbers of people inside of intero which has more "VP's" titles then I ever knew existed. The next small business nightmare coming soon is that will be"this isn't working out" after stringing me out to zero for months, I am curious to see what level of integrity Intero has, I have upheld my end of our agreement 100%. I have an in person meeting with the local Colorado Springs CEO next week, based on my schedule is empty for the foreseeable future. Where intero can explain to me how exactly this works where I pay them handsomely every month, never a second late, and for this I am rewarded with my phone literally stopping with zero answers, no one can tell me why, nothing has been done to address it, and we just keep scheduling meetings for the next weeks when whomever is back from vacation, meanwhile here I sit. I expected much MUCH better from a Google premier partner.
