Maria was just awful & without warning hung up the phone. Guess this location doesn't need any more business. Had to wait over 13mins to get someone to answer but she couldn't wait a few seconds for me.

Can't believe this company. I have had them for 15 years and I had to call and change my payment date and they got it all set up and kept it on auto pay, but they never pulled my payment for January and now they want to cancel me for them not pulling my payment and told me there is nothing they can do about it!!!! So because it's their mistake they are blaming me and punishing me for their mistakes even though I called and spoke to someone for over an hour to get it changed and all set up for the new due date. They waited until the first of February to tell me that my payment didn't go through because they didn't pull it. Not because it was declined or anything on my end, they told me they never tried to pull my payment for January even though I clearly made sure it was set on auto pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike was great and super helpful in getting us a great policy as first time homeowners. He was very friendly and got us an even lower quote than we originally had!!
