      image Took our 1996 Directional Drill in to hopefully get it repaired. Instead of telling us they didnt think they could repair it, they charged us labor for their research and part searching. They also went over the quote that they gave us, without letting us know ahead of time. In the end we decided to pick up our machine and were charged extra for that. Ending up paying over $7k for nothing to be repaired. Will not be using Vermeer again.
