Darb and his team were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They quickly came to our home to fix our heating before the cold weather hit. They were also incredibly affordable. We will recommend this company to everyone!

Brad arrived at our house on a Friday for a same day call. We were impressed by the quickness of the scheduling and arrival, as our furnace was not heating the house at all. He found nothing wrong with the furnace and charged me a service fee. The very next day we call him back to tell him it was still not working, where he quickly found and resolved the issue, and charged another service fee. I didn't feel it was right to be charged a double service fee and explained the situation to the owner, Josh. He apologized and promptly refunded a service fee. He made me feel like keeping my business was a priority, and also wanted to make sure that his business was providing quality service. I appreciate him taking the time to make things right! I'll 100% rely on this company in the future!!

We have NOTHING but raves to give this company! They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations we had in service to us. We bought a home in the Fountain area that had A LOT of issues with the HVAC system that the previous owner was not forthcoming about. We tried another service provider first but with little success then we happened onto Falling Star and they DID NOT STOP until they found and fixed the many problems we were havingEVEN THE OWNER CAME OUT ON A WEEKEND to help! Their professionalism, their integrity and their problem-solving skills are phenomenal. 100% and then some recommend this company!
