Spacious room. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets threadbare and sleep is important when traveling. Nice breakfast.

The front desk lady, Nicole Castillo is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I have been having issues with my room keys since weve checked in and I had to go downstairs to let the front desk know that our keys arent working yet again. Nicole says oh well I only have you here for today. I was about to say, No, we check out on Saturday. And she interrupted me with the most snide attitude saying maam, Im saying the key was only good until today. I told her she needs to drop her attitude and not talk to me like that because all Im trying to do is get some help. She claims I raised my voice, which I did not. Im deaf in one ear, so sometimes I speak loudly but I was in no way shouting or being rude to this women. She decided to argue with me and tell me I need to drop my attitude. I have never experienced such an unprofessional encounter with hotel staff. It was a simple fix. I said I needed a key that worked and instead of say hey yeah no problem, I got an attitude from hell because I interrupted her personal conversation that she was having with her friend. I definitely understand that I probably sound like a Karen right now, but in all seriousness, I politely asked for a key that worked and got nothing but unprofessional behavior and a bad attitude. Rooms: Rooms are decently spacious and clean and safe.
