SpringHill Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs Downtown

They double charged me for a stay in January 2024, I called them on 2/5/24, and was told that Ed would take care of the issue. I realized they never actually refunded my $546 they owed me, so I called again, only to be told that no manager was available. I guess at this point my only option is to dispute the charge with my bank and never stay here again. Dont waste your time and literal money with this hotel when there are other hotels nearby that wont try to double charge you.

Had lunch and we left our bags at the front desk with the bigger lady before our flight. Picked them up, bags are open and gone through. Be careful. Thieves at front desk! Will be taking further action.

Loved how nice this place was, totally worth the money and the views are amazing. Basically a apartment in your room(a really nice apartment lol) and parking garage underneath rooftop restaurant, free full service breakfast and service was very kind especially the breakfast cook!! Great job on this new hotel in the Springs downtown loved staying for sure!!
