YIKES! BEWARE THIS PLACE.
Be sure to visit this location before making a non-refundable reservation.
I booked for 7 nights through Agoda after reading reviews and thinking it would be less than luxurious, but comfortable enough. When I pulled into the parking lot and saw 4 police officers outside. I asked them what was going on and they said they were there because a client was being evicted and had gotten violent and destructive.
The entire facility looks dirty and dangerous. It's dingy and depressing. One man was sitting in his room entryway smoking marijuana out his open door, 3 doors down from the manager's office, which has an alarming and scary "1 person at a time" policy in the lobby. Lot lizards abound. The roadway beside the hotel is littered with cars that people are living out of.
I immediately began the process of requesting a refund through my booking agency. The process took almost an hour and I was told I would still be charged $50 for the booking and would only be permitted a partial refund of $300. That's aggravating, sure, but to get my $300 back and not have to spend another minute at this waking nightmare of hotel is well worth the $50 escape fee.

The curtains looked like a shark had taken a bite out of it. Sheets were dirty, shower floor was slimy.

Well the rooms could use a definite revamp and the place is swarming with homeless people and drug activity, I still choose to come back because the staff are like family to me. Rita and the maintenance man always got my back. I know I'll be taken care of every time I stay. Thank you.
Safety: I watched some homeless dude break into rooms with just a small metal bar, and another time they opened a window even while it was locked! I can half laugh about this because I used to be homeless and I know the intentions of these ppl is not to harm anyone but I also am disappointed in their lack of concern for the job the hotel workers are doing and then they come and stay in a room and mess it all up. .. not cool.
