The staff at the facility are very welcoming. You enter the door and people greet you. The residents look happy, and when interacted with they say positive things.

while it seemed a little outdated at first what really drew me in was how lively and involved the staff was with the patients. they have plenty of activities to do for the residents the food is always talked about as delicious and then staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

Medallion is a fantastic facility! While the facility itself is in need of a facelift, the staff is astounding! My mother has nothing but great things to say about all the staff, especially the therapy department. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to get rehabilitated

This place is disgusting. Some residents have pets. They go to the bathroom in the elevators and halls. The kitchen staff is rude to the residents. The food is disgusting. Brown lettuce for salad. Good grief. For what they Charge for rent you would expect better. Today there is no heat and no hot water. Where's maintenance? You would think this constitutes an emergency as these are ill and elderly people. If it's because it's the weekend and they're off-call them in. Whatever happened to doing your job that you're paid to do? This is not right or acceptable. Sad. Maybe half a star, actually. should be ashamed of themselves
