I would describe the terrible experience WORKING for here. Unpleasant, unprofessional, no manners, NOT trained properly. and hire anyone, then that person leaves a review. Gossip and complain about clients ALL the time. I was employed for over a year. I know and saw. Resigned. Thank God for the military and my wonderful employer and team. My current employer did not let them get me one last time. It is delightful to matter to an employer and team. Let's go, ladies and gentlemen.

I would never refer to HomeWell! They are the absolute most unprofessional, operating way outside of their scope sham of a home health operation I've ever experienced. They interfere in the care residents receive at the facility they are in and disrupt the management and operations at facilities by reporting false and inaccurate information to their clients families. Their staff sleep, text on their phones and spend most of their time wandering around the building and socializing with facility staff, eating and rarely spending time with their actual client.

Homewell has really showed me that there are companies out there that care. I started out with a lot of things going on in my person life and they helped and understood me the entire way. They have made feel like a family, they have supported me all the way. I feel happy and proud to be working for them and to be helping those in need. Lexiee and valerie have truly made me feel cared for and loved, They deserve everything in life
