Umbrella Home Health Care is an amazing company! They go above and beyond to provide each client with their own specialized care. They think outside the box to accommodate not only the needs of the client, but for the family as well. This agency is a hidden gem in our community. I would highly recommend Umbrella to anyone that needs care for a loved one.

Umbrella Home Health Care was a life saver for me and my partner who had Alzheimers disease. They provided care in the home with compassion and integrity. The caregivers were so kind, encouraging and understanding of the impact of Alzheimers on my partner and me. When my partner was no longer safe at home, they helped with the transition to memory care and visited him on their own. Cassandra and the team are the best.

After trying 3 other companies I was referred to Umbrella. Cassandra and her staff provided in home care for my mother who had dementia for 2 years. When my husband had a severe stroke Cassandra and her team stepped up immediately and began 24x7 coverage. Because of the caring way they handled the situation, my mother was able to adjust and I was able to focus on my husband. Cassandra and her staff always made sure my mom knew it was still her home and they were there to support her. My mom developed a close bond with each of the caretakers. They got her out of the house for walks, took her to have her hair done, took her to her coffee group, to get groceries, took her to get her hamburger and frosty. They kept me informed throughout the day if anything happened. I didnt get surprised when I came each day. I saw my mom enjoying her unique relationship with each person. When we needed Hospice Cassandra and the team were amazing until the end. Because of Cassandra and her team my mom was able to remain in her home. She always felt safe, loved, and was treated with respect and dignity.
Cassandra really cares about people and is a true advocate for the elderly. Cassandras knowledge of caring for a loved one with dementia is rare. Many in the industry havent really done it themselves, or dont have the understanding and patience. Cassandra and her team
approach the person and situation with honesty, love, compassion, and ideas.
Cassandra and her team are a blessing.
I will always be grateful for everything they did for my mom and allowing me to keep her in her home surrounded by people who loved her.

I really do not have adequate words to express my heartfelt appreciation for Cassandra. My sister (LS), who posted a recent negative review, made things incredibly difficult for Cassandra who was the court-appointed guardian for my 91 year old mom with dementia. Cassandra always had my mom's best interest at heart, and unfortunately, had to fight so many family battles to keep my mom in her home with good care. You really won't find someone who cares as much as Cassandra! She stands by what is best for her clients. She was incredibly thoughtful and helpful as my mom was passing and I will never forget how important that support was to me and my brother. Cassandra is unfailingly kind and respectful, loves the elderly, and puts their needs first. You should not hesitate for a minute to bring Cassandra and her team into your family's care for a loved one.
