        By far worst director if you think having highly dangerous bullying at a work environment and a petty onfense is to give a second chance in her opinion but has dangerous employees very unprofessional they have the same director for mutliple businesses i thought she woupd have been gone for now but now im taking it to hr for harassing me

        Ellie(?) is the most unprofessional unethical individual Ive ever had the displeasure of knowing. Besides stepping on my dogs paws till the point of yelping out because thats how she trains her dogs she has audacity to Be verbally abusive once shes been confronted about how she treats animals. If shes willing to treat animals like that how is she treating clients who cannot communicate effectively or might be fully disabled.

      Dear Hailee, As we discussed when I came by to speak with you in person, your feedback was so concerning that I felt it necessitated I speak with you directly. Your feedback means a great deal to us as we are always striving for the highest standard, so we welcome feedback to correct any performance that falls short of our standard. I can’t tell you how sorry I am to hear about the behavior you cited regarding our caregiver. Let me start by saying how uncharacteristic that is of her, since she previously cared for two years for another wheelchair bound client, who was very pleased with her performance. Thus, she has never exhibited such behavior in the past; and for that reason, her behavior has been all the more surprising and disappointing. Please know we certainly would not have staffed her on her current client if not for such positive feedback. However, because of the egregious behavior she exhibited, we have taken the action to dismiss her to prevent any potential reoccurrence of that behavior. Again, we appreciate your feedback and deeply regret any duress this caused your dog, Breckenridge, or yourself. That is the last thing we would want to occur when our mission is to facilitate the highest quality of life in one’s home. As you see from other reviews, we typically excel in this mission, so I'm very sorry we didn't in this instance.
