She is knowledgeable, compassionate, tough, and caring! You must listen to her recommendations and follow her guidance. You took the first step to help yourself by contacting her, do not waste your time or hers by not following through on your plan to a healthy gut.

    Mary is awesome! She explained the process step by step, showed me the new and packaged material she was going to use, and she's great to talk to! She has a lot of knowledge in the medical field and helped me get my gut healthy again. The colon hydrotherapy really cleans out everything that's in there. I feel less bloated and more energetic. I'm going to keep getting treatments from Mary. She actually massages the stomach to get everything out and that makes all the difference. If you're sensitive about touch, this is not for you. Mary makes you feel comfortable and not awkward about the whole thing. She has helped me improve my health overall. I learn a lot from her and I have a blast with her.

My results were awesome. I always feel cleaner and brighter after a colonic. I would highly recommend everyone do this on a regular basis, your body will thank you.

    This was my first colonic and will definitely be my last with Mary. I bought it through Groupon. The first red flag for me was when she never contacted me to schedule or anything. It made me wonder if she would just wait and see if I never called to schedule my session, then she would just keep the money. It seemed weird. If I had a business and someone bought a session, I feel like Id be calling them to get them signed up so I could get repeat business and referrals because everything was so wonderful. But that didnt happen so it made me wonder why. I also did not find her to be as knowledgeable as I had read she was. I asked about some symptoms I was having and she stated she would tell me why I was having them, but she never seemed to get around to that and when pressed, she continued to be evasive with answers. She just didnt know. She was very rough in massaging my stomach during the process. My stomach hurt for a week afterwards and just didnt feel right. In hindsight, I should have asked her to ease up, but I didnt want to interfere with the process if thats how it went. I definitely should have. It was unpleasant for sure. If youre looking for a colonic, there are other places in town who are probably more professional and not as rough. At the end, she stated that I should have 3 sessions for full benefit. I was hesitant because my stomach was hurting and I didnt know if anymore of that would be a good idea. In the end, I felt I should try it again because my symptoms are persistent and I am looking for relief, so I signed up and paid for a second session. After I got home, my stomach was such a mess for the next couple of days, I cancelled with Mary and told her Id wait a week or two to let things calm down then reschedule. After a month, it just didnt seem like it was a good idea to repeat that and I asked for a refund instead of rescheduling. Mary sent me a text stating there are no refunds, which was definitely disappointing. She should just do the right thing and if the treatment isnt right for someone, give them their money back. But she refused and kept my money for doing nothing. I wont rule out another colonic, but I for sure will never go back to Mary. If you decide to go to her, be aware, she will try to take your money and do nothing for you every chance she gets.

Regarding the recommendation for multiple sessions, it is a common practice in colon-hydrotherapy to suggest a series of sessions for maximum benefit, as one colonic session will begin the process of returning to a normal function. To maintain treatment efficacy, additional sessions are ideally scheduled within 3-5 days of the first session. This protocol is designed to optimize results and ensure continuity of care.
