Anna, our server, was very helpful. This place is amazing. It is modern and clean. All the food is fresh and cooked to perfection. The queso fries and fried zucchini were delicious. My wife loved the huge Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The cider mule was good and I would get it again.

Heirloom Bar & Grill, thank you! We stopped in for the first time today and everything was awesome. Environment is relaxed and casual. Food is delicious. Service and staff were on point. Definitely worth checking out and we will definitely be back.

Checked this new place out based on FB comments about their fish & chips. That's what I had so this review is based on that. Overall, the fish was really good. Three large pieces that were tasty and hot when it arrived at the table. The fries were also really good and there are a lot of them. The little cup of tar-tar sauce was also okay. The coleslaw was underwhelming for sure. Basically the standard ingredients minus any coleslaw sauce. Not the main attraction but I like coleslaw and this was more like dry salad pieces put through a food chopper. Service was really good even though it was relatively busy. Atmosphere was basic, with newly taken professional photos of their food on the walls. It was pretty loud with so many people in a small-ish space. A couple tiny suggestions...I asked for ketchup as there was none on the table. A table with a group had a ketchup bottle on the table. With so many fries I expected a bottle but instead got a little cup, which wasn't near enough so had to ask for more. Not a biggie but still, a bottle would have been better so I didn't have to ask. Another suggestion...you have a stunning view of Pikes Peak through your front door. If anyone could see it through the big sign with your store hours on it. There are several tables that might like that view much better if they could see it. A table next to me ordered one of the burgers and said it was very good to the waitress so maybe it was. Looked very pink to me but maybe he likes it that way. One other person at the table asked about dessert options and the waitress was uncertain what they had but sounded like a couple cake options. Having been a server myself for a few restaurants these are nit-picky things but for what it's worth these little things matter. Like knowing what desserts you have. It's worth a try if you are on the north end of town and tired of the other places nearby.

This restaurant is a local gem and honestly Id choose it over a chain any day. We will definitely be back. I got the Queso fries with pork belly and let me tell you - they were amazing. The fries were hot, smothered in queso, homemade ranch and blueberry bbq sauce. The pork belly was tender with crispy edges, which went very well with the dish. My husband got the fish and chips, which were tender with a perfectly crispy outside. He said the onion rings were good, with a light-batter style, and a bit of salt. The tarter sauce is definitely dill-heavy vs a sweet tarter sauce, with unique lemon-zesty finish. Its not a traditional tarter but it works very well.
