Venice Olive Oil Co.

There was a sign on the counter that read "$5 off 12.7oz bottle." I asked for a garlic and a wood smoked olive oil 12.7 bottle. Employee said that the sale is not available. I said you have to honor the sale price. He said sorry. Thats called bait and switch. The sign lured me to the better price point and now i cant get it at that price YOU advertised. Im sick of businesses acting like they have all the power. I have power too. Its called never spending another dollar at The Venice Oil co. You not only lost a great customer, I will be telling all my friends and the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for wasting my time!

Matt is always very friendly and helpful and his staff is great. Best selection and quality I've found in the Springs, with lots of great related items from jams and bread mixes to bottles and dishes. And the personal touch is really a rare find.
