Very friendly and helpful people there. We had to get our vehicle and trailer weighted for a military move, and they were very helpful with the entire process.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. We had nothing but wonderful experiences with Don's! Definitely coming back and recommending to all our friends for their landscaping needs.

We bought a fountain from Dons that was $1,350. We have been having trouble keeping water in the basin ever since. In roughly 12 hours the fountain is empty. We have gone back to Dons for advice and solutions time and time again. Still nothing has worked. When we asked to just return the fountain after 6 weeks of nothing but frustration, Don stated he doesnt do refunds! And he offered no other solutions that we could both be happy with Like an exchange. So now we are left with a $1,300 pile of useless concrete in a yard! Absolutely horrible of a company so highly rated to handle this situation like this. We have told everyone we know not to shop Dons because of this.
