Juan (& Bob) kept to their original quote (less than other companies) despite my older garage door requiring 3+ hours of labor. They persisted until it was properly fixed/aligned and they came out within a few hours of placing my service call (not 3-4 days like the others). Thank you, guys!

Needed a new garage door opener, called and got it installed the same day! Incredible. Everyone was super friendly and focused on what I needed - not what they wanted to sell me. Installers were extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to show me how everything worked. This is our 2nd time using Pikes Peak Overhead Door and they will be our go-to resource in the future for sure.

My review is for the onsite estimate only as we decided not to go with this company for the door replacement. They were very professional and punctual. Initially we were going to go with the uninsulated steel door but Bob told us it was only about $100 more to get it insulated, which would make it quieter when opening and closing. Two other well known local companies have said it's at least $300-$500 to insulate a 16' garage door. The main reason for not having them complete the job was their final quote was $700 more for exactly the same door, hardware and labor. Get more than one quote and shop around.
