Mountain Fox Garage Doors

Mountain Fox Garage was very responsive and quickly scheduled a service appointment to repair our garage. Will provided exceptional customer service as well as education on safety protocols. I appreciate their inspection/service sheet that was completed in addition to the service that was needed. Mountain Fox also provided an information sticker which is conveniently located by our indoor garage buttons. We will be repeat customers in the future when needed, and highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.

They were prompt at coming out and nice while out but that's where the good stops. I think they didn't want to do our job based on the correspondence and high rate. The quote we got was way more than told to be expecting and almost double what other companies in town have quoted. It also didn't seem to relate fully to our job. When I emailed saying that I got no response. So we've gone with another company.

I work for a Realtor that owns a warehouse. We have had so many door issues on the property, honestly its unbelievable. I found Mountain Fox by a Google search. I am thankful I did. They have been extremely helpful, very understanding, and can get to our doors for an estimate normally within a week. Alley (I am not sure on spelling), in the office, is truly helpful with questions and concerns. Every other staff member is just as amazing (I do not remember all of their names). Thank you for the service and support you offer to the CSprings area. :)
