Pikes Peak Overhead Door Co

We had a new opener installed through our condo association. The garage door opener rarely gets used because it is primarily for storage. The first issue was the bracket came detached from the door. Pike Peak Overhead Door said it was due to an older door. The association paid to have that repaired. Then, I noticed dry wall dust on the floor, only to look up and see the opener hanging by one bolt. When it was installed, it was never anchored into the studs, just the drywall. I would definitely not recommend this company.

We had damage to our garage door and two other local companies gave me a runaround for months about the damaged door no longer being manufactured. It is in fact still being made and sold. I called Pikes Peak and the owner Bob answered. He did an accurate estimate for the panels that were damaged that day and explained other options to replace our door. We are in the process of purchasing a new door from them because they value honestly and customer service as much as I do.
