Quick to respond is about all I can say positively about my experience. Starting off trying to work a deal on new vehicle purchase on internet/phone. It was the old bait and switch without even showing up in person. I went somewhere else where I got a better deal and everything else was straight forward.

This was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. I purchased the vehicle from out of state. After the salesman had my deposit, I was put on the back burner and was misled repeatedly. Over promise and under deliver should be their motto.

Greg pulled up in a company Phil Long Ford Van mobile service vehicle and change my battery and checked some other vehicle issues. He is a five star guy and his work is stellar another 5 star. I would recommend this service. Thanks Greg and thx Phil Long Ford for the mobile service.

Eric Hayes was our sales rep. He was extremely professional and patient with us, knowledgably guiding us through the entire sales process. I was honestly amazed at how little negotiation was required to get to a good discounton top of the 1.9% financing that was the main driver of our purchase. There was one issue with our 2023 F150 hybrid that required a software update before we could comfortably take delivery. The dealership engaged their head service tech who researched the issue, then updated every module on our truck to latest and greatest firmware. That solved our problem and we took delivery day before yesterday. We are already loving this more energy-efficient, work-oriented truck. It is loaded with a bunch of bells and whistles that help make day to day tasks more comfortable and efficient. And it doesn't have the expensive upgrades like leather seats and sunroofs that raise the price on most luxury-feeling trucks.

I think the overall service here is okay. I've been helped multiple times when I bring in my car. However to get the point of service is very hard to do. I call the number as listed and I press one to be contacted to "service" but every time I call lately no one ever answers that line. I don't understand the point of having a "service" line if no one is ever available to answer. It's honestly frustrating because the only time I got in contact with someone was last week during the early hours of the day. And once it's 11 or so I can never get in touch with anyone after that. It's very confusing.
