I hired this company because they did an excellent job on my other home but my experience this time was hardly the same. I hired them to simply put a maintenence coat on one room in my home. The process took forever to get it looked at and scheduled. The tech came out and damaged my floor and didn't tell me he did it!! So I had to call the company again, wait a week to get someone to come out and look at it and then almost another week to get it hopefully repaired. Someone in my neighborhood posted a negative comment about this company, now I see why. I totally regret my decision and only hope the next person can fix my floors. Not only do I have to deal with the initial wait times but now I am subject to their timeline to repair their mistakes, extremely frustrating!! You'd think they'd want to come out right away, nope, still on their timeline. Too much money for a very disappointing experience. Should've been very simple, one maintenance coat. I'll update on how the repair goes!!

My house is 68 years old. The floors were badly worn and stained. Pryor floors made the process to refinish the floors very simple. They worked with my schedule to get it done before I had guests coming to stay. I am amazed at the results, as I had doubts that the floors could be refinished, I am so pleased with the results, that I painted walls and purchased new furniture. I should have done this years ago. Thanks Pryor for a job well done !

Can't say enough about the quality, care and professionalism of all the staff and the wood floor product that the workers at this company helped us achieve with a recent remodel. 1000% satisfied with our new floors! We wanted to re-sand and finish existing 22 year old floors and add approximately 500 square feet of new wood to match. We had a great experience from the initial design to the installers, the sanding crew, the staining process and the finishing. All along the way, Kristen kept us updated with schedules and answered all our questions regardless of how small they were. We are thrilled with the final product and would recommend Pryor to anyone wanting to make their floors beautiful.
