Shauna served as our financial advisor. She came prepared to each meeting with a tailored approach and recommendations to our family's priorities, and followed up with a thorough recap and additional details as requested. She was also great at being able to explain in an understandable way how certain policies, etc. worked and the pros and cons to each to help us truly make the best decisions. She was always professional, responsive, and clearly demonstrated a dedication to us as her clients in helping us pick the right plan and financial resources for us. Would absolutely recommend.

Out of all the first command Representatives I've worked with for more than 30 years, Shauna Mitchell has been by far the most personable,diligent, and hardworking of them all. She's extremely professional,responsive, and trustworthy. Out of all the first command agents I have worked with in 3 decades she's clearly the best! My husband and I have worked with Financial Advisor, Shauna Mitchell, for almost 2 years now. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. She has helped us align and allocate our finances to have us set up for retirement in years to come. She explains everything so well regarding our investments as first time investors! When we had our baby she got us on track to have a college fund for our daughter. Because of her and her expertise, we on track to not only pay off our student loans in under 10 years, which are well into the upper double digits, but also meet our goals for retirement!
