        Order online to retrieve from the drive-through and when I get there they tell me they "have no ice" and they need some time to get the potatoes done for the order. Tolerable. Proceeded to wait much longer than what I was told and when I entered the establishment to see if I could get my food I was met with a line of people, half of which were waiting to even order food. There were obvious transients hanging in the joint using the wifi and asking you for a lighter. When I finally noticed someone who wasn't the clueless staff member who was forgetting everyone's order mere seconds after they recited it I simply asked for my food and received it, cold and obviously forgotten. This store needs a massive re-vamp as far as staff and as far as the loitering transients.
