This company is amazing. I have worked with them for about 9 years and they are a small family company. They have provided me with punctual background checks and answered lots of difficult questions as Debbie has many years in the industry. Highly recommend!

To keep this review concise, so far my experience with this company has been less than ideal. I understand in the era of covid things don't happen as quick, but when you are promised a 15 minute background check and have to wait a week only to find out they lost yours, it is more than a little frustrating. Not only that, but it took a week to even get the initial phone call after first reaching out, and none of my voicemails were answered. Other companies charge less for a background check and are much quicker, I hope my experience was the one time they dropped the ball and that no one else has had to jump through the same amount of hoops on what should've taken no more than a day or two. EDIT: Removed another star due to the fact that they have flat out ignored my calls and emails requesting information on the background check I paid for. Incredibly disappointed that I dropped any amount of money into a company that clearly does not care about their professionalism. Fifty dollars might not sound like much but it's definitely too much for the kind of service I have received so far. Will never go through this company again, I would recommend that you don't either.
