My dog was in a fight with his housemate and had a pretty significant split in his ear. We had a bad experience at another ER so decided to bring him to this one and I'm so glad that we did! Even tho they were overwhelmed with emergencies they got us seen and treated without having to wait 7+ hours. I highly recommend this facility!

Every was friendly, caring and helpful! Everyone was helpful, but the vet on duty was especially interactive with me and my pet. She made us feel better, because honestly we both had anxiety going to the ER and she understood that comfortable pet means comfortable pet mom!

Much much appreciated to everyone when it came to last minute getting my Dog Asia in to get seen & taken care, highly recommended this place & Shout-Out to the staff members who helped aswell as keeping me updated thought out the situation. Thank You Again!

I am so grateful for your staff and the extraordinary care my cat received. The staff and doctor were very attentive and took care to explain the diagnosis and options to promote healing. It was a very good experience and I would use their services again, without doubt! Very pleased and grateful! I found all staff members to be very kind and caring. And I am especially grateful to Dr. Mason for her in-depth knowledge and desire to ensure I was informed about Gatsby's condition as well as the options available to help him heal. I think her communication style is amazing and wonderful. I am so grateful she was there to look after my Gatsby! The compassion and gentleness shown to my cat and the professionalism and knowledge of Dr Mason.

Pick this place, they will take care your needs. I absolutely appreciate that they will drop everything and help the most important. I was not the most important but I know if I do have a problem this is where I want to go. The team was amazing. A really well ran facility. The med staff were detailed and honest with the best course and gave alternative options. Which I truly appreciate. Tikkas doctor(Dr Mason), her initial vet tech, the front staff and the communication were amazing. Thank you from Tikka and myself.
