The installer guy was super knowledgeable about my ignition lock. He showed and explained everything I'd need to know. It's easy to use and easy to read and understand thanks to him.

If there was a zero star option, that would be my selection. the company has the work customer service ever. their interlock machine has stopped responding and has left me stranded. I called the 24/7 customer support. the lady told
me there was absolutely nothing i could do, that i am stuck. she told me to have my car towed at my expense, mind you i pay a monthly service fee, as we all do. The worst experience of my life.
