Ledom's Repair

I have been using Ledom's for years now and am always extremely happy and satisfied with their work. Rick, Butch, and Rich are awesome to work with and provide top notch service. I wouldn't go anywhere else when my vehicles need work. I moved to Gunnison and still make the drive to these guys for big jobs!

We have been using Ledom's Repair shop for our commercial vehicles over the last 6 months. They have had outstanding customer service and very quick turnaround times. As a company we have tried out many different maintenance shops to service our fleet, and we have not found any other shop in the Colorado Springs area that is as helpful or as quick with their service as Ledom's. Its hard to find good people. Even harder to find good mechanics. And in Colorado Springs, extremely hard to find good, diesel mechanics to work on a light duty diesel truck (2017, Ford Superduty). Well, if youre looking one, allow me to point you to Ledoms Diesel Repair. Its rare for me to endorse a company. Its not that I dont want too. Its just rare to find excellent service in this industry. Ledoms Diesel Repair receives a rare 6 out of 5 stars! Had the MIL (engine light) come on, and took it to Autozone to read the codes. Glow plugs. Scheduled service at my normal location (not Ledoms). Always seems to be a hassle to get in there. And after that, they, more often than not, forget that I made an appointment. Which then seems to relegate me to the well see if we can squeeze you in category. I wanted to find a local company and so I called Ledoms and got a hold of Butch. Not only did Ledoms get me in the next day for the diagnostic part. They fixed it the following day. A full week before the other company could even get me in for the diagnostic! In addition to the repair, my truck was washed! Admittedly, they cant always do that because of scheduling. But they try hard to do it. And then... two weeks later, Im thinking, My DEF must be getting low, I should probably fill it. I check my DEF gauge. Yup, its full! That was a complete surprise. I worked with Butch and Richie and they were both fantastic. They were both old enough to know stuff and young enough to getr done. They both seem to have learned the lessons we all must learn to not cut corners and do a good job. Its better in the long run! The location and building were clean and had a bit of nostalgia. It took me back to the garages I went to with my pops! Except, much cleaner. Listen. If you need to get some work done on any light-duty diesel truck. Give them a try. Im confident you will be satisfied! The end.
