We could not be happier with the job New Creation Decks did at our home! We had a couple consultations with other builders, but choosing New Creation was a no brainer. Throughout the entire experience they were professional, polite, efficient, and accommodating. Not only were they easy to communicate and work with, but they are extremely talented at what they do. They pay attention to every detail and will not walk away from a project until it is perfect. I really dont think we would have had the same positive experience with another company. My name is Jim my wifes name is Lisa. I am a retired building inspector and Ive seen a lot of decks in my day. Ive worked with new creations since they started. From the day I saw my first steel deck by new creations I knew I would have them rebuild my deck eventually. The whole crew was phenomenal. Mike who helped us with the design and contracts,Jesse ,John,James and the rest of the crew didnt excellent job on building us a brand new deck and deck cover. The crew paid special attention to detail and kept Lisa and I informed on the whole project as it went through. I highly recommend this company and this team. We signed a contract in October of 2021. The estimated date for starting on the project was May 16, 2022. They were ahead of schedule and we were so happy especially since my parents were going to be in town and could see the new decks completion shortly after their arrival. The tear down of the old deck started on April 12th and it was completed on the 15th, so four days and we were told it could be a week to a week and a half long project. These guys work fast, but do good quality work. We couldnt be happier and told my in-laws to call them for an estimate after they had some shoddy work done on their outdoor stairs by another company. Mike was great about communicating everything and while we had to wait a few days for the final inspection, it wasnt a big deal since we could still use the deck. It was really great working with New Creation Decks. Mike was awesome to work with planning out the perfect deck, and the end result was amazing. The crew knocked out demo and construction and had it complete way ahead of schedule. Thanks to James, John, Ben, Chad, and Cameron for the great work. This phenomenal deck will last forever and we couldn't be happier.
