Simply Precious Family Child Care

Amanda was bad with our infant. Our baby was getting less than 30 mins of sleep total per day when she should have gotten 3+ hours per day. Never gave us reports on # diapers and oz of milk, which is important to know if your baby is sick or has an issue. When another 4 year old would be disruptive during nap time, she let him ruin all the kids naps. There was also an incident under her watch that resulted in our toddler having to go to therapy, ongoing. Her home has lots of fun toys and is clean but was not a good experience for our family.

I couldnt even begin to cover all of what Amandas care has meant and provided for my family and me. My daughter, now 2.5 years old, was enrolled in Amandas care right as she turned 1 but due to moving too far across town, we have had to say goodbye. It has been absolutely heart wrenching to leave her center. We felt how much she genuinely loved, cared and adored our daughter while in her care. Amanda has always been patient, gracious, kind and honest. We have trusted her to take care of the most important human in our lives and she did not let us down. Every day, Cadence still asks to go see Miss Amanda. When she is worked up, sad or throwing a tantrum, she begs to go See Miss Manda and I know thats because my daughter equally trusted and loves Amanda, just like we have. I am so beyond grateful to have found someone to take care of our little girl in the time that God allowed and we only pray to find another human like her to help with our children again in the future.

Very disappointed with care for my child. Employees are rude and talk negatively of other families within the program, but owner does not put them in check. Beware! They seem very nice at first, but very high drama environment. Too chaotic for my infant. Lots of people in and out of the house on a regular basis- not something that was disclosed when we originally enrolled him for care. Owner seems preoccupied and focused on making money rather than caring for kids due to personal issues. Employee informed us that prices would be going up $300/month because the owner will now be a single parent. Will shutdown within a moments notice with insufficient time to find alternate care. Will also terminate services without notice or reason, despite what their handbook states. Look elsewhere! Bad situation all around. *Id like to add that the owner solicited a review from me after we toured her home. We actually decided to go with someone else, but our plans fell through. I contacted Amanda to see if she had openings as I was in a bind. My son ONLY spent 5 months in her care and it was not what I expected. So the screenshot image of my original review was solicited by the owner and re-posted as an image to her website after I took it down and actually experienced this environment. Their business also does not have my permission to screenshot a solicited post and put it on their website. Seriously families, super toxic environment. I was told numerous things about my child that were completely untrue. My son came home filthy each day. After a bowel movement, he wouldnt be cleaned properly- this didnt just happen once, or twice, but MULTIPLE times!!

Simply Precious Child Care Center is awesome! My son looks forward to playing with his friends. His favorite part is playing in the back yard with the variety of activities. Ms. Amanda is very loving and attentive to all of the children in her care. I love it because I do not feel like my child is being overlooked. The small class size makes it a personable learning environment. My daughter went to a large Child Care facility, and I felt like she was just another head to count. I fully recommend Simply Precious Child Care!!
