The Learning Experience - Cottonwood Creek

My wife and I chose this daycare center for our son for many reasons. They certainly checked all our boxes, but what helped to set them apart was the camaraderie between the staff. After visiting many other facilities, this was the only one where the directory really gave me the time of day and made it a point to connect with me for a chunk of time and answered all my questions. Not only that, but all the children who walked past myself and the assistant director who gave the tour, would say hi and be authentically excited. I came back for a second visit with some follow up questions and the same thing occurred. Staff were happy to talk to each other and working cohesively, and as I sat with the director, EVERY child who walked out waived and said goodbye to her by name. This really stood out as the staff and children are happy to be here :)

My child told me that he was threatened to be hit with a stick if he didnt wake up right away from nap time. It was a while after leaving the center he reported this to me so no actions happened. He attended during the end of COVID when they were not allowing parents in the building. I couldnt handle it especially with how long after the lifted restrictions they still implemented this. So we left. However, in the event another child reports this, ya may want to consider believing them.

The teachers have done a great job loving on my kiddo and I have had great communication from the staff, but they close or delay EVERY time it's cold or snows. I work in healthcare so that doesn't work for my family. I wish I would have known that ahead of time.

My two kids both attend TLE (ages 4 & 2). Every teacher, manager, member of staff here is extremely friendly and caring. my kids have learned a lot even only being here a few months, and my daughter talks more everyday. my kids are also on the shy side and they have been so welcoming and made them feel very comfortable. i couldnt ask for a better daycare!

By far the best childcare and preschool in Colorado Springs! My children have thrived and learned so much. My kids have been happy to be here. All three of my kiddos have attended this amazing center. The curriculum is A+ and my daughter was well prepared and became an honor roll student in grade school. The staff are amazing and very helpful as well. Thanks for all that you do TLE.
