My experience with the McClintock firm has been very fortunate for me. The staff and lawyers here were never too busy to answer my many questions about my case and about the charges brought by the D.A. and what it meant in the long run for our case. I never once doubted that my attorneys here were on top of my case or taken by surprise as they fought to get me justice. I consider my phone call to hire McClintock to be one of the best decisions in my life.

I called this firm after a coworker had recommended them, left a message after 6pm and they got back to me the same day. My case was stressful and overwhelming to me, but these attorneys let me know they had my back all the way through. I'm very thankful to the McClintock office and would never think of using any other attorney in a case like this past one.

This firm explains everything so you know what to expect and you can feel more comfortable with your case going forward. Ted and Richard were very helpful and knew exactly how they planned to win my case and then got the results. They were efficient and the fees were reasonable. Highly recommend.

I highly suggest finding another representative to represent you in your case! I am an active client and have been for 6 years! Yes my emotions are high I wasnt professional but when someone says something at the beginning of the contract that they would in fact be there for you through your process and you paid $20,000 to have this representation but when needed they say thats not our realm, or you need to talk to your PO, or talk to your treatment! It was stated at the beginning of my contract that I would have them to represent me through this process for violations or trying to get off early! Not that I was disgruntled as a customer which not all customers are happy especially in this type of situation they state they wont help me! This is not what I signed up for when I signed them to represent me and everything I have accomplished thus far I had to do on my own! I give two stars only for the work Ted did at the beginning of this process because like his paralegal said your not in prison right? Lol I highly suggest finding another lawyer to represent you in your trial as if you become unhappy at any moment and express it they will abandon you to the courts!!! This is not right and these people are here for money more then the well being of their clients!
