I wanted to give a shout out to Allison in the salon. She did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. She fixed my attempt at a "do it yourself" haircut. She is very professional, helpful, and displays great customer service! Thank you

No idea if they are any good, called to get the cost of a men's cut and the young lady who answered the phone couldn't even tell me but offered to put me on hold to go find out... seriously??

I like going to Ulta, they have a great array of products, and the employees are usually always nice. However, on this particular trip, Dana made my day!! She was so sweet and attentive, engaged and answered all my questions. She really made this trip exceptional, and I hope she's not only recognized for an awesome job, but also rewarded for the wonderful way she treats her customers. Thank you, Dana!!
