Betty, please see our recent Impact Reports and 990 when it is published by IRS. Nearly 80% of our funding goes towards programs that equip and empower women. Two of our three core team members are women, and our staff employs working moms - many in director and management roles - who have the option to work remotely. Our initiative My Baby My Career is raising the bar for moms in non-profit and for-profit industries. We also brought Dr. Karysse Trandem, an MD - OB/Gyn who serves on our staff as Medical Director of National Women’s Health. Our mission is to create a story of hope and empowerment for every woman facing an unplanned pregnancy. We believe that women deserve better than abortion. We believe that real choice should be to offer moms the choice to parent and the choice for adoption.
