Shoddy work and terrible contractors. Owner does not follow through if there are fixes that need to be made after the work is done like promised. Highly recommend going with another company if you don't want to get ripped off.

Justin designed and built my basement. Custom shelves, fireplace, amazing custom tiled bathroom. The man is as straight a person as they come. He dealt with my difficult wife with ease. The basement came out better than I ever imagined. He has helped me personally on several small projects a very good man. I will use him for several projects in near future.

We had been wanting to remodel our master bathroom for several years since moving to Colorado. The presence of a 'garden tub' in a small Master Bathroom not only crammed the vanity and sink space for two into a very small area, but was basically useless to us since we have two other full baths in the house and never had occasion to use it. We weren't concerned with losing that garden tub to extend the shower and hopefully, somehow, gaining some more vanity/sink space. We had seen an example of a custom built walk-in shower and knew what we wanted. When our 'dream' became financially viable, Custom Dream Design were the only people who not only listened to what we really wanted, but didn't try to sell us on some other idea that might have enhanced their bottom line. Justin not only designed the shower that we had been 'dreaming' of but also more than doubled our vanity/sink space. Justin, Rachel, Roberto, and everyone else involved are great people and hard workers to please their clients, a trait that seems to be harder to find these days. True to their name, if you have a 'Custom Dream', they will not only 'Design' it, but also get it done in an extremely efficient and cost effective manner. Not only have I contracted with them for another project but will continue to as the need arises. My husband and I contacted Custom Dream Design to quote our unfinished basement and change an upstairs loft into a bedroom. We contacted Mr. Talbot from Custom Dream Design and he gave us a free consultation, answering all of our questions and providing a ballpark cost and duration of a custom job like this, including his price on blueprints for the basement and loft. Even though he was in Colorado and we were in Minnesota, the entire process couldnt have been more seamless and professional. All our concerns were put aside and we never second guessed our decision of choosing Custom Dream Design to bring our dream basement to reality. Mr. Talbot drew our plans, as we collaborated with him on what we wanted, trimming out portions that were unreasonable and putting the plans together. We had a contractor in place, and when he reviewed the plans, he really appreciated how detailed they were. Furthermore, submitting these plans to our City for inspection was incredibly easy as Custom Dream Design went above and beyond to ensure there wouldnt be any setbacks or issues. We highly recommend Custom Dream Design and Mr. Talbot for his true professionalism, patience and passion for this industry. He set our minds at ease and gave us a truly great finished product.
