I had a very good experience with Colorado Flatwork for my front step and walkway replacement. The ground under my front step and walkway from the driveway had subsided (thank you dear builder) and the concrete was broken and uneven despite mud-jacking attempts. I wish I had not spent the money on the mud-jacking. Here's why my experience with Colorado Flatwork was excellent: 1. Tom can out to do the estimate when he said he would. 2. The on-site manager (I really wish I knew his name!) was really focused on making sure I was pleased with the job. He solicited my feedback often and was very pleasant to talk to. 3. They used a good amount of base material (and packed it well) to make sure I don't have subsiding problems in the future 4. They used rebar throughout the walkway to tie all the sections together again to prevent future out-of-level problems 5. The front step now has rebar doweling into the porch so it won't break away 6. The on-site manager made a really nice, flowing curve to the driveway. 7. They cleaned up everything they broke out and didn't do a "clean out" on my property 8. They were finished when they said they would be done. 9. They even raked the mulch back around the new walk when they were done. Colorado Flatwork might not like me saying this but it is actually a compliment. They were not the lowest bidder on my project. I went with them because I felt I could trust them to do the job right and trust that if something happens to the job they will make it right. That confidence costs something and I was willing to pay the little higher cost because I wanted it done right the first time. They did a great job. I highly recommend Colorado Flatwork and I'll use them in the future. Services: Demolition, Concrete sidewalk building
