Thrive Health Systems Chiropractors of East Colorado Springs

I am 63 and a grandmother of eight. My back first started giving out when I picked up my grandbabies, lifting them out in front of me. Then, flare ups happened just from bending over or getting up from a chair. I knew I had to do something. I was referred to Thrive. (And I'm glad I ended up at Thrive EAST!) Five months later and, yes, a few dollars, I am so very grateful for my care. My plan included decompression/laser treatment, FMT (Functional Movement Training), and adjustments. During this time, I had a back flare up and some kind of nerve incident - NOT DUE to my treatment. I am probably most impressed with how the Thrive Team, led by Dr. Arter, simply and immediately treated me, both times, with instant relief and then adjusted my plan for follow up care. My ongoing treatment has taught me how to take care of my back and body, how to heal it, and how to strengthen it! I am no longer paranoid about when my back will go out again. I will continue with my exercises and workouts at home, maintenance adjustments, and keep the Thrive Team as my medical go-to for advice and support in being healthy and strong! I have also added massages into my routine (just because I love them). I have worked directly with all three chiropractors, two of the FMT trainers (one most regularly, Joy), three who did decompression/laser, two massage therapists, and at least five or six front office folks. They are ALL amazing!!! I KNOW they all care about my health! Dr. Arter, I am grateful for your whole team! (Watch for another review to come. My son is getting treatment for his undiagnosable stomach issues. They have given him new life, and he's not done yet! He claims to already be 100% better than he was. Dr. Steve Grammer was one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever been to. I was visiting from CA and even though Dr. Grammer knew he would only be seeing me once, he took the time to listen and problem solve to get to the root of my pain. His front office staff were also so kind. I highly recommend Dr. Grammer and Thrive Health Systems!!
