Once Upon a Child North

This is the most expensive Once Upon a Child Ive ever been to. Especially since they take the batteries out of ALL the toys, so its really difficult to tell whether you like the toys or not. The cashier was ringing me up and then started talking to her coworker. I asked if that was all, and she handed me my receipt and as I was walking out, she said is that all? Mockingly. 0/10.

I wish that I could give this place a zero star rating because I went to try to sell my kids clothes and they only wanted like five out of the 45 articles of clothing and they said it was because of stains and where all of them were in pristine condition no stains no nothing on any of them never take your kids clothes there ever I really wish I could give them no stars their entire staff is completely rude they can't tell you anything of why they wouldn't buy the nice clothes. Even though I've seen some very very very very beat up clothes being sold there so yeah they probably only buy each other's clothes

I've always loved once upon a child in the previous states I've been to. This one however was a bit of a let down. Like most other people have said it really is hit and miss when it comes to the shopping portion. There were some things that I saw that were just not worth the price. The clearance items however was nice. Got a few things for reasonable. The trading however was definitely a joke. There were quite a few items that I brought in that were brand new never worn, and I was told that they had wear and tear. I was like, these pants have never been worn, name brand, and older boy sizes! Having walked their boy section they definitely needed them, but I guess the only way they would've taken them I guess was if they still had the tags on them because of the 2 trash bags I brought in, the only thing the took was a toddler's dress with the tag still on it. So if you're planning on shopping go during the deals or shop clearance. And just don't bother with trading
