Zero stars if possible. Went in for ticking engine and chirping brakes for my Ram in Aug 2022. They diagnosed and order the parts i needed. Called 4 or 5 times since last year for a status of the parts and repair and was always promised they will call me back for an update. No call back in the 10 months ive been waiting. I finally spoke to a service rep this morning and he transferred me to the parts department. I found out that the service department never ordered the parts for my truck! Ive been waiting this long for nothing! Parts department was extremely helpful and they actually ended up having one of the things i needed but had to order the other one. I ended up canceling the whole repair due to the fact is i do not trust this dealership anymore. Out of all the different people i spoke with in the service department, not a single one noticed that the parts were not actually ordered and had me wait 10 months. Im glad i found this customer service failure out because i was about to pull the trigger in buying a performance exhaust for my truck. Ill spend my money somewhere else.
