The customer service here is terrible. I called to schedule regular maintenance and a couple recalls and was told they do not offer rental cars. I stated this was my only car so I would have to wait. I show up to the appointment and am told that this was scheduled as a drop off and since it was scheduled as a drop off, they would get around to servicing the car when they could. This is upsetting as I had made it clear that I had no other means of transportation when scheduling the appointment, nor should it be assumed that I have the time to wait for a few hours. This was very disrespectful of my time. This dealership has gone downhill since becoming a Groove Honda.

I am absolutely livid at this dealership. I know I don't have a honda but I purchased my car from them after leasing a civic from them. I have had nothing but brake problems. 2 times replacing both front and rear brakes and rotors and several times having rotars resurfaced. The first set was aftermarket brakes and rotors. Second time was factory parts (as I was told). Paid the difference sense the factory ones were a little bit more pricy. This was all done by Honda with a worker who new how to work on Toyotas. Went in towards the end of last year 2023, and the person who was supposed to be there was not. Worker basically told my husband that I was a crappy driver and have bad driving habits. I just recently had my car at a Toyota dealership and was told Honda did not have shims on my front brake and my back brakes were not factory. Now that it is Groove Honda and not Freedom, customer service sucks. They are rude and nasty so I got rude. They have no records of my vehicle just "some" dates sense it was bought out. Lady did not like me asking if they were all in cahoots together and refused to talk to me anymore. Asked for corporate # and she refused to give it to me. I called her the B word at the end which I know I shouldn't have but I am extremely overly frustrated. I called back and got the number from someone else. I'll up date this after that investigation.

I've been coming here since 2015 when it was Freedom Honda and purchased two vehicles. My whole experience this week with service has been awful. I tried calling multiple times and left a couple of voicemails with no call back to try and schedule an appointment. I finally got ahold of an advisor who had scheduled me to come in and have my windshield wiper looked at since it is not moving. I mentioned I did not have a lot of time and I just wanted someone to look at it in case it was just an easy fix. If I needed to drop it off, I'd make arrangements for a different day. I show up and I was marked for a drop off and was told it would take a few hours. They offered to reschedule me and let me know it would still be a few hours. The only time I could do that is a weekend but apparently, they don't have main techs on weekends. I made a call to Maroone Honda and they were able to get me in on a weekend to just look at it without having to drop off for hours.

I decided I needed a second car cause my previous Honda was on its last leg. Came here, but I also had 2 other appointments to see Hondas. I met with Anthony, a tall man with dark hair and very nice! I can't remember his last name, but I wanted him to get the credit for this review. I came in knowing what vehicle i wanted, and Anthony was patient and worked hard to get me what i wanted! I came out of there with a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback Sonic Grey! It's beautiful. I love it! It drives very well, no complaints! Thank you, Anthony, and thank you, Groove
