BFS Boxing

Best gym! Been to a few boxing gyms before but never felt like they truly cared about your skills getting better. BFS really does and overall its a great environment whether youre a beginner or an advanced boxer. 10/10.

Been here a couple weeks now and loving every minute! Im very new to the fighting scene and Coach has been nothing but straightforward and tactical with his teachings which makes him a great mentor and coach. Sometimes coaches need to push you beyond your limits and some people don't like the push, which in turns makes them mad and quit and blame the facility, the other fighters, and/or even the coach. Im here to tell you, coach is a driven and very passionate man and im looking forward to the year of training i have with him!

Choosing to go to BFS is one of the best choices I have ever made. It is easily the best striking gym in Colorado Springs! Coach Ali is extremely knowledgeable and great at helping students grow and improve. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and nobody has a big ego, people are here to improve and better themselves. If you are looking to learn a martial art or you just want something to stay active, BFS is the place to go

I have been going to BFS boxing for 2 years now. Coach Ali is very knowledgeable, personable and truly cares for the people in his gym. I highly recommend going to this gym!

Best gym in the Springs! Professional and not focused on numbers. Hands on and takes the time to make sure you actually know what youre doing.
